Steve Preskenis is the CEO of Bolton Global Capital and its affiliated SEC RIA, Bolton Global Asset Management (collectively “Bolton”). Steve oversees all day-to-day Bolton operations and served previously as Bolton’s President and General Counsel from 2008 to 2024. Antonina Tarassiouk is the director of international economic analysis and an investment analyst at Reams Asset Management. Previously, Antonina was a vice president of sales for Barclays Capital plc, covering institutional accounts for both currency and precious metals transactions. Prior to Barclays, she was a portfolio manager and trader for the Central Bank of Mexico, managing a portion of the bank’s foreign currency reserves.
Ms. Tarassiouk holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Instituto Tenologico Autonomo de Mexico, as well as an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.

Gabriela D. Santos, Managing Director, is the Chief Market Strategist for the Americas on the Global Market Insights Strategy Team at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. In this role, Gabriela provides valuable insight and perspective on the global economy and markets to institutional and retail clients across the Americas. Gabriela’s research focuses on emerging markets, especially China. She is responsible for the team that develops the Guide to the Markets – Latin America, amongst other publications, and is the creator of the Guide to China and Guide to Investing in Asia.
Gabriela is also a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg, Fox Business and other financial news outlets and is often quoted in the financial press. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2012, Gabriela worked at HSBC’s Private Bank, stationed in Singapore, Switzerland and Mexico. She held various roles including banker and structured products trader.
Gabriela graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Political Science and Economics, as well as French. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French. Gabriela is currently a Millenium Leadership Fellow at the Atlantic Council.

Recently, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Private Debt division, where he managed multi-private debt portfolios, led an investment council and authored private debt thought leadership. Previously, he was a Senior Investment Strategist in the BlackRock Investment Institute, where he focused on multi-asset class & asset allocation research in addition to authoring thought leadership. He holds a dual B.S. from Marist College in Mathematics & Finance. Mr. Simpson holds a CAIA designation and is a CFA charterholder.

Matt Beals is President and Chief Operating Officer at Bolton Global Capital. In this role, Matt oversees back office operations, trading, platform development, infrastructure expansion, information systems, and cybersecurity.
He also works closely with Bolton’s executive team on business development and company strategy. Prior to his current role, Matt was Manager of Technology and Business Development for Bolton Global Capital,
where he managed information systems, cybersecurity, and supported new advisor acquisition. Matt holds a BS in Mathematics and Statistics and an MBA, both from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
He holds FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses.

Martyn Simpson

Martyn is a Senior Investment Officer with Colchester Global Investors and has been with the firm since April 2015. Martyn manages portfolios, monitors risk on a daily basis and conducts fundamental economic research.
He began his career in 1999 at Baring Asset Management in London where he was a member of the global fixed income team. From there he moved to Rand Merchant Bank in 2004 to manage offshore bond exposures for the company.
In 2009 he joined Mercer where he evaluated fixed income managers across a range of strategies, initially in London
but then transferring to Singapore in 2012. Martyn graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in Politics and East Asian Studies. He then received a full scholarship from SOAS where he completed an MA in Korean Studies. Martyn was a member of the Territorial Army in the UK and served in Iraq. He is a CFA charterholder.

Bob DiMeo began his tenure with Crump in January 2011 as managing director of the Los Angeles-based operation.
Bob has more than 40 years of industry experience. He decided to focus his efforts fully on his passion for sales in 2014. Prior to joining Crump, Bob served as managing principal of the southwest region for a large insurance brokerage firm.
He started his career in 1980 with a major insurance carrier as a life insurance agent and became its district manager after the first year. Bob joined a financial services firm two years later and worked as an estate planning specialist in the life department.
Later, he joined a financial services company as an associate general agent, specializing in the international and domestic life insurance needs of high-net-worth clients and business owners.
Bob also served as a vice president with the company. During his career, Bob has had over 8,000 face-to-face client meetings, serving as an advisor for high-end estate planning needs. Bob splits his time between California & Florida.
He is very active in his community, serving on the Board for the San Gabriel Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation,
The American Airlines Flagship Charities, and as vice chair of the City of Hope Life Insurance Industry Group. Bob and
his wife, Cindy, have four children and a growing number of grandchildren. He is an avid golfer and wine enthusiast.

Caroline “Carly” Brooks joined Crump in 2025 as Senior Vice President, Advanced Sales, and leads Crump’s team of advanced sales specialists who assist with competitive scenarios, case design ideas, sales strategies, and technical questions within estate, wealth, and retirement planning.
Prior to joining Crump, Carly was an Assistant Vice President and Counsel for the advanced markets group at a national life insurance company, where she led a team dedicated to providing advanced sales support in the areas of estate planning, tax, and business planning to financial professionals. In her leadership role, she helped shape strategic direction on key initiatives and financial underwriting.
Carly also advised high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients through roles at a top national firm’s wealth strategies group and a Boston multifamily office, providing comprehensive guidance in estate planning, retirement, and philanthropic strategies.
Carly graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in criminal justice and political science from the University at Albany, State University of New York in Albany, New York. She earned a Juris Doctor (JD) with a concentration in estate planning, along with a Master of Business Administration, from Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts. Carly is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designations. Carly is an accomplished public speaker, frequently speaking at industry events and conferences, and is an experienced legal writer.
She served on the Editorial Advisory Board for Tax Facts, a publication of The National Underwriter Company, coauthored the 19th Edition of the Tools and Techniques of Estate Planning, and edited the 2nd edition of the Tools and Techniques of Trust Planning.
She has been published in leading industry outlets including Broker World, Financial Planning, and ThinkAdvisor.
She has been an active member of the greater Boston legal and estate planning community, serving as past President of the Boston Trusts and Estates Consortium, and contributing to various committees for both the Boston Estate Planning Council and the MA Women’s Bar Association. Nationally, she is engaged with Finseca, where she serves on the Tax and Washington Report Committees.

Prior to joining Symetra, Fabian led multicultural marketing opportunities at Voya Financial, where he provided leadership and support for the company’s overall Asian and Hispanic marketing in the U.S., including the individual life business’s high-net-worth foreign national program. Prior to joining Voya, he served in a similar role with AIG American General Life Insurance Company. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Sagicor Financial Corporation, Sedgwick Group and Johnson & Higgins. Prior to joining Bolton Global, John served as outside counsel to Bolton Global for many years and has a deep understanding of Bolton’s domestic and foreign business operations. John is a partner in a law firm that focuses on business and financial services matters. He has served as an executive for public and non-public broker-dealers and investment advisers. At Bolton, John is directly involved in daily operations, the roll out of our private investment platform, expansion of investment advisory options for advisors, the foreign and domestic investment banking referral program, and other firm initiatives. John contributes to the financial services industry by drafting questions for the Series 63, 65, and 66 examinations.
John is a native of Massachusetts and lives on Boston’s North Shore with his wife and three boys.
